The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing the scheduling of the nursing department.
This position requires computer skills and current cna certification.
Duties:
- Create monthly schedules for nursing department.
-Interview and hire potential new cna's along with providing orientation to all new staff in the nursing department -Provide continuing education to cna's along with audits and skills training - Work closely with pool company to help fill any open slots in the schedules.
Experience:
- Proficiency in phone systems and computer software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
