Facility Maintenance Specialist

Rochester Meat Company, a further processor of quality meat products, is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist (Building & Construction) for the first shift.
This position is responsible for maintaining all buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities include:
Emergency repairs related to safety and production.
Follow-up on USDA, QC and SQF audit inspections to ensure repairs are done to specifications.
Preventive maintenance on buildings and grounds Construction work orders for repairs and improvements to buildings Floor, wall, and ceiling repair to meet QC requirements.
Snow removal for employee safety Engineering, capital, and maintenance construction projects Able to work weekends as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
